哎，近下午三点才入住，前台先安排的房间居然上楼卫生都没做，带着孩子跑上跑下的换房间，过年期间我也理解，估计是藏区吧，前台工作人员态度不好，酒店衔接不到位累的还是我们，最主要的是态度还很恶劣，藏族人民惹不起，房间墙纸很多地方都是坏的，如果服务好，这些瑕疵也是可以不在意的，主要过年期间翻了二倍的房价，让我对前台服务很是不满！

在艺龙订的房间，并没有显示是否包含温泉票，结果到了前台，突然通知我订的房间不含温泉票，两个大人和一个小孩必须要另外出钱补票，还说我的房间订的便宜，不含温泉票。可是艺龙在订房的时候并没有显示是否含温泉票啊。住了那么多温泉酒店，第一次遇到这种情况，有点坑。
