温泉水是真温泉，很浓的硫磺气味，环境优美纯天然，但服务跟不上去，水很脏，池边没有干毛巾换用；酒店前台服务员告知注意事项时僵尸脸；在酒店大堂内购买上山门票及大巴车票要加收10元，同时上车服务员的态度恶劣！

整个体验感非常舒服，一进酒店前台服务让人有家的感觉，特别是何兴的服务让人非常满意，小姑娘也很灵活，基本要求都能满足。田茂平小伙儿给人也是非常有亲切感。总之体验感非常好!
