订了三间房，其中一间免费升级为庭院豪华复式房。开元的酒店是我最喜欢入住的酒店之一，风格是我喜欢的，硬件很棒，服务也很好。身份证登记好主动套上了塑料壳归还，在办理入住时，马上送上大麦茶。礼宾员们每天顶着大太阳接送我们来回住所和国风堂之间，辛苦了！

房间干净整洁，隔音还是可以的，如很多评论所说，空调噪音太大，晚上只能关了空调睡。提出两点改善意见，第一，前台办理入住和退房，速度需要提高。另外，餐厅的服务，无论早餐晚餐，基本是等于没有服务的，感受不佳。不过晚餐国风堂味道很好，比起元龙和乾隆酒家，还是建议在酒店食用。总体是值得推荐的，但价格就周边环境而言，不低了，因此需要提高服务质量和效率。

海宁观潮胜地，各景点走路可达。酒店环境很好，设施精致，服务人性化，下次来海宁还住这。因为春节缘故价格上涨了，平时价格感觉性价比还是可以的。
