房间蛮古色古香，去的时候正好有团队在拍旗袍秀，很赞哦！就是办好入住到观堂苑有一段路，感觉不是很方便。

酒店位置和风格都很好，非常有古村情调。唯独硬件因为还没有建好，导致空调出故障。大堂和餐厅也很冷。

酒店还没有完全修好，但情调和服务都不错，很适合休闲度假。但唯独硬件没跟上，空调经常出问题，导致带着参观的客户有点不高兴。希望明年完全建好可以变完美。

最值得表扬的是服务工作非常细致周到，我们办理退房后，下着雨，一位男服务生一直替我妈打着伞并送到对面停车场，在酒店的两天里，凡是遇到的工作人员，都会很礼貌地和我们打招呼，观堂苑门口的服务生对每位进门的客人点头行礼并问好，客人体验不错，自助早餐花色品种多，有些菜很有创意，如霉干菜伴腰果、脆笋等，开元自制的豆花非常好吃，这仿佛是他们的招牌，因为在大禹开元也吃过同样好吃的豆腐花。盐官古城入夜后非常安静，老街上的铺子很早就打烊了，此时开元酒店里的夜景是最美的！
