此次入住这家旅店，整体感受非常失望。房间硬件故障与服务缺失问题突出，严重影响入住体验，具体如下：
1.?空调使用不便：房间空调面板损坏，无法直接操作，必须依赖遥控器才能调节，一旦遥控器丢失或没电，将完全无法控制室温，给居住带来极大不便。
2.?水池功能故障：水池内的活塞处于卡死状态，无法正常开关，导致排水或储水功能失效，日常洗漱、接水等基础需求都受影响。
3.?核心服务缺失且态度生硬：作为出差入住的旅客，我向前台提出需要早上叫早服务，却被前台小哥生硬拒绝，告知“没有叫早服务”。这让我质疑入住的是民宿或招待所，而非正规旅店——叫早服务本是住宿行业基础服务，缺失该服务且服务人员语气强硬，直接拉低了酒店的品质与层次。
4.?发票开具效率极低：我提出开具发票的需求后，旅店过了两三天才将发票发送给我，拖延时间较长，给后续报销流程带来不便。
此次入住也存在唯一亮点：管家小乐服务非常负责任，尽力提供了帮助。但综合来看，前台服务员的服务态度、整体硬件水平及与客户沟通的语气，都存在严重问题，亟待提升。
作为老顾客，我们真诚希望旅店负责人或老板能正视经营中的现实问题，重视此次反馈与建议。尽管有管家小乐的优质服务，但基于上述诸多问题，本次入住体验实在无法给出满分5分的评价。

The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are very friendly. There are drinks in the fridge. There is also a gym. The toilet is even electrically heated. The parking lot offers free parking. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance next time.

主要你这是什么隔音呀 走廊内部説话一清二楚
尤其外面你这玻璃什么玻璃捣浆糊的嘛 一晚上车声音 外面説话的声音 嗡嗡一晚上 真的无法入睡

房间非常小，这个价格在富阳应该也算可以了，但是房间格局是真的局促
