房间住的特别满意，前台工作人员热情，贴心，酒店房间住的很舒服，床品乾净整洁，房间隔音好，味道很好闻，在南宋御街上面，晚上逛河坊街超级便利，附近有地铁站，出行也很方便，离西湖景区比较近

特别特别好的酒店和团队！房间乾净不説，服务真的很周到！不仅多给了我一条被子，阿姨还给我叠成了被窝窝！我差点落泪，真的有种在家里被照顾的很好的感觉！
设施也很全面，洗衣房烘乾机包括健身的也都有！然后就是房间也做了很好的乾湿分离，互不打扰的！以及我觉得隔音效果蛮好的，我是有点浅眠的，但是走廊过道声音几乎是听不到的！
最后就是地理位置也很好，紧邻南宋御街，西湖大概也步行1km就到！不要错过这样的精品啊！已经推荐朋友！

Breakfast was enjoyable ???? and it’s a nice option for travelers seeking a comfortable place to rest during their journey.
Just a small note for future guests: taxis usually stop at the rear entrance, and there is a short walk around to reach the main entrance. As the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, vehicles cannot access the front directly.

酒店位于南宋御街里面，走路到地铁站三分钟左右，很方便，隔音很好，房间很安静，淋浴出热水挺快的，大堂香氛挺好闻的，客用品齐全，客房送物快，停车方便
