    The hotel is outdated. The service is good and the reception staff are incredibly kind and understanding, allowing us to have a later check out at 2pm. However, our room was extremely dated and old and didn't seem to be cleaned very thoroughly. It took several tries before our keycard worked for us to open the door and our tv broke twice requiring repair men to come to our room on two seperate occasions in the span of an hour.

    地点超棒，但因饭店老旧，第一天住的房间洗手台漏水。 经向柜台反映， 立即换了房间， 且免费升等， 服务很到位！饭店后面即是京杭大运河， 风景优美！

    酒店环境很好，早餐也很丰盛，而且早餐阿姨态度很好，我十点多去迟到了，阿姨还专门又去给我拿了鸡蛋和酸奶。酒店忘记拍了。距离浙江博物馆1公里，距离西湖风景区3.5公里，很方便。

    Well located near the West Lake Cultural Square with plenty of conveniences. A clean hotel served by friendly, helpful and polite staff. The room rate was certainly a bargain. Quite a number of tourist attractions around. My wife and I had an enjoyable time during our stay. The hotel is indeed highly recommended.
