很有底藴的酒店，服务非常贴心，完全是私人管家型。风景幽美，古朴不失精致，又充满人文情怀。庄园比较大，适合徒步和露营，晚上的灯光氛围特别好，像是进入了潘多拉星球。还会二刷！

距离市区不远，位于林场山脚下非常幽静，空气清新，既保留了一些野趣又有扎实的基础设施。管家服务到位，对新客可以再多一些环境介绍。门口的香樟树非常好闻，所在地贝莱特庄园有四千亩，有各种类型的游乐设施，可惜没有赶上五月下旬的蓝莓采摘，有机会再来！

设施：房间用的全屋智能，设施很新很不错，很喜欢房间的设计风格。酒店配备茶室、桌球厅、乒乓室等。如果能设定自己的充电桩就更好了，目前用的是第三方充电桩，充电比外面会贵蛮多，不太划算。
环境：酒店位于山脚下，很安静，环境原生态非常适合度假
服务：酒店有很多活动，很适合亲子家庭，清明节还体验了做青团活动

酒店太棒了，房间有天有地有院子，非常惬意。酒店工作人员服务热情，态度很友好。酒店还能电瓶车送到长乐森林公园，公园里可以徒步，很适合大小孩亲子游，徒步上下坡颇具挑战。有机会来余杭的话，还是选择1977。

房间很不错????专门的管家（细心周到），专门的做菜厨师（做菜好吃，我们是单点的菜），用的食材多数都是自己庄园里自然生长的蔬菜。酒店还配有健身运动室。
房间屋前房后都配有小院子。傍晚、清晨随处走走能听见虫鸣鸟叫的声音。我们孩子很喜欢，我们也很喜欢这种感觉。我想喜欢清净、喜欢大自然的没有人能拒绝这样的住宿环境吧

比我预期想的好太多了，花园设计非常好，房间设施也不错，最让我意外的是酒店附近那个庄园很有国外度假的感觉里面绿植很有热带雨林的风格，

必须来给个五星好评！从踏入大堂的那一刻起，全程体验都超乎预期。前台工作人员热情周到，办理入住效率很高，还贴心地为我们升级了房型，真是意外的惊喜！
房间宽敞明亮，装修风格舒适又温馨，床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠到天亮，一家特别治癒的酒店。酒店细节处也做得很到位：智能窗帘、有心思的各类摆件，还有浴室的浴缸，落地窗，庭院绿化，茶席水果，完全能感受到酒店的用心。衞生更是一尘不染，连角落都打扫得乾乾净净，住得特别安心。
酒店地理位置也很赞，在乡野竹林间感受浓浓禅意，有自己的超大庄园，有各种活动体验，还能捡到满地的松果，寻找到一份充满童心的记忆，另外去径山寺也很方便。早餐种类丰富，搭配合理，现煮的馄饨尤其让人印象深刻。另外特别感谢前台的小姐姐，帮忙规划了超棒的游玩路线，服务真的贴心到心里去了！下次还会再来！
退房时还赠送了当地特色伴手礼，这样的小细节让人倍感温暖。总之，无论是设施、服务还是体验都无可挑剔，绝对会推荐给朋友，下次来XX（城市）一定再住这里！

My favorite hotel so far after 12 years in China, we were lucky to find it close to the river park where we planned to take our dog for a swim. Firstly the staff was super polite & friendly, they helped with the luggage and even brought some pet supplies when they saw our dog. The hotel location is quiet and peaceful, super clean and the bed sheets were clean and washed properly unlike many other hotels. There is a parking area if you’re coming by car, and the small town nearby has a few chargers. Breakfast was fresh, room even had a fridge and a Nespresso machine, everything in the room was digitally operated by voice. Toiletries were available, towels and hot water no problem. Staff made a wechat group for our family as soon as we booked online and been always asking and offering help. Really recommend this lovely retreat for anyone looking for some peace in the mountains. Thank you 1977 hotel, we will definitely come regularly.
