    设施：维护不错，升级了套房，很宽敞，也有窗户 衞生：十分靠谱，还可以查询清扫标准 服务：热情，国营中属于服务好的 位置：挺好的，穿过青少年中心就是西湖靠近断桥边

    住了四五回了 每次在大会堂看陈丽君演出基本都订这里 服务非常好 还会送牛奶水果点心（这次就是一盒精美的小点心）交通方便 周围吃夜宵的地方也多 早饭也挺丰富的

    地理位置很赞，出门穿过青少年活动中心就是西湖了，再往前走一点就是断桥残雪景点，酒店环境衞生都很赞，带长者小孩前台还送了一份早餐，参观人民大会堂活动也很有意思，小孩子很喜欢，酒店二楼的餐厅性价比太高了，片儿川很好吃价格实在太合适了，味道也很好，退房还送了小本子，下次还会选择哦

    本次入住酒店，前台员工小丰的服务让我印象深刻。从办理入住手续到主动为我讲解酒店参观路线、介绍周边，全程热情专业，细致入微。她的服务态度极大提升了我的入住体验，特此提出表扬，也希望酒店能对这样优秀的员工予以肯定！

    此次入住倍感愉悦和温馨，主要是很多细节体现了他们每一个工作人员的真诚与专业。因为我们一家人带着baby所以零碎东西很多，办完check in前台看我们行李太多，两位前台美女主动帮忙把我们送到房间，而且因为假期入住时他们本来也挺忙的。第二天我们吃完早餐回到房间发现清洁阿姨留下的字条很感动，帮我们预留了很多泡奶的水，可能是看到我们浴室宝宝换下的脏衣服还给我们留了肥皂，顿时感觉超级温暖。每次我们需要什么打前台电话都能帮我们及时解决，而且每天的工作人员也是不同的説明不是个人意识，真的很专业。退房前我们跟前台説需要一个冰袋，前台説他们没有冰袋但是问我们需要多大的他可以去厨房帮我们装一些，真是太赞了，换别的酒店最多就是耐心的説一句抱歉我们没有，而他们是真的尽可能帮客人解决问题，这种服务让人感觉特别真诚，退房那天都要走了前台还送宝宝玩具逗她开心，真是完美的入住体验。对了酒店的餐厅也很不错，菜品精致味道也不错价格亲民，房间里的很多小tips都感觉很用心，超级赞下次一定还来
