  After a busy day with 2 tranferred flight, me and my colleague were extremely tried, we arrived at midnight 0030, we just want to take rest as we still have another long day on next morning to catch the early train, this is the reason why we stay at this hotel, but actually is 10 -12 mins walk but still fine. We gave our ID card to the staff for check in, 3 of them are playing the IPad to keeping input the information for almost 5 mins and then the staff ask me to download their hotel apps, I told her I am very tired, I just want to finish the check in asap to get my room key, however, she said if I download the apps, she will upgrade my room, I keep saying I do not need upgrade but please let me have my key, then she said I will not get my key without download and register their apps! I told her I never have this experience in my past 40 years for such policy, I show her my phone only 7% and then very fast 2% battery left, can she skip the apps and email confirmation? She said I can let you charge the phone and force me to do it so, I am getting crazy buy no choice, 3 of them keep push me and work on my phone by their own as I feel really angry and depressed, this is very bad experience and I swear will never stay in this group of hotel!

  这个酒店标着五星，大堂有没有，入住前台都没有，而且还骗人下app，不下app不给办入住，一年住上百次第一次遇到这种骗下app的！早餐也是差的要死，也就三星的水准，而且房间隔音性很差！
