  酒店的小雯服务真不错，提醒注意事项都很周到，一点不客套，非常亲切，有求必应，麻烦了她很多次都非常耐心！点赞，值班张经理也是非常贴心靠谱。

  因为先生出差和孩子考试的缘故，经常入住该酒店。看得出来酒店服务培训很到位，每一任前台和工作人员都很敬业，包括保洁阿姨和工程大叔，每次到得都比较晚，他们都会贴心地给我免费升级和送早餐。这次的小康美女也是人美心善，还免费帮孩子打印了试卷，服务没有最好只有更好。之前酒店对面还是工地，这次过来惊喜发现变成了**集团办公大楼，对街还有钉钉大楼，周边多了很多特色餐饮和咖啡店，入住体验更方便了！！！

  This is a very solid, pleasant and high quality property. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. The hotel staff were warm and helpful. The property even provided evening snack to the guests with freshly hand made wonton. The breakfast truly was the highlight of our stay, it had everything and most importantly, so many varieties of freshly made hot dishes!? We immensely enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when traveling in the Hangzhou Yuhang area.
