来到前台登记的时候才知道是内窗，加了30块钱才换的明窗，好吧，算我没仔细看，介绍房间的界面内窗写在最下面，确实不容易看见，外卖只送到前台，不让送上来，还得下楼去取，给人刷一下卡这么难吗？还有酒店不提供火柴很不方便，也不知道为啥不提供。反正这些都让人很不爽，以前都住隔壁的维也纳，这次心血来潮换的锦江都城，后悔了，下次不会再来。

酒店靠近杭州东站，第二天乘火车比较方便，抵达时找酒店时候花费了一些时间，房间设备设施比较新，房间格局是我喜欢的简约式，卫生间，沐浴区，洗漱区都是分开的很合理，如果再有入住的住客，杭州东站抵达后请往东广场走，之后前往停车场72号柱子乘8号电梯抵达酒店
