停车位不多
但也能给安排上
特意选了有景色的南面房
殊不知夜间和白天的车来车往声
睡眠会被严重打扰到
网络??不好 电视看不了
衞生间淋浴热水不大
早餐马马虎虎
没有电梯 楼梯够宽可以克服

酒店的位置非常优越，离西湖雷峯塔苏堤很近，交通便利，出行方便。前台服务非常热情周到，让我感受到了家的温暖。房间宽敞明亮，布局合理，住起来非常舒适。床品质量很好，睡在上面感觉非常柔软舒适。浴室乾净整洁，设施齐全，使用起来很方便。酒店的早餐品种丰富，味道也非常不错。服务员态度很好，总是面带微笑，让人感觉很亲切。酒店的装修风格很有特色，让人眼前一亮，客房阿姨工作做得很好，每个角落都很乾净。外面的风景大床房窗户视野开阔，可以看到美丽的景色。洗漱用品品质，用起来很放心，措施很到位，让人感觉很安全，推荐！推荐！

一次非常满意的入住！酒店位于虎跑路边上，出行方便，距西湖景区各景点都不远。酒店周围环境优美，有个独立的院子，格局设计优雅，小桥流水、茶歇桌椅、花卉环绕，赏心悦目。房间的落地窗直视屋外的美景，坐在靠窗的沙发上品茶观景，别有一番风味。工作人员服务热情，酒店乾净整洁，设施齐全，有独立的衞生间和淋浴间，乾湿分离，用起来非常方便。早餐简单清淡，搭配不错。

Location not bad but abit traffic jam, dont have a proper or legal waiting area for the car park so have to go out quickly.
Room is clean but the aircond not really working, sweat while sleeping but its fine because we only stay for one night

We booked for a court yard facing room.but we got a room facing wall.. that's the disappointment we had with the hotel. It's quite hard to find the location esp in the evening...but the reception was kind enough to wait for us at the hotel gate. Easy to catch a taxi if walk down to main street.

The main attractions can be reached by taxi or bike. The hotel has a nice design, fish in the pond in the courtyard, but the walls in the room already require a touch-up.
