    环境给4.5，房间和周边环境都是好的，除了浴缸露天的里面很脏没打扫，但是服务和设施真的一言难尽，温泉10点关门，按理説可以预见大批客人需要坐摆渡车回房间，应该以前调度车子到温泉池门口等候，然而并没有，让我们大批客人在寒风中瑟瑟发抖地等摆渡车，我们起码等了有15分钟，不知道都干什么去了。更可气的是来了第一辆车，司机把车子停门口，我们上去后却把我们赶下来，説他不开了，要换人开，这辆车不送人，我们説已经等了10几分钟，太冷了你就开一下送下我们，结果司机接话説十几分钟还算短的，气死??了，还有这种人，酒店管理是**吗。第二辆车来了，上去后，又把我们赶下来，因为前面的人比我们早説了一句其他区域，师傅不想绕路就説不去那个区域，害我们在寒风中继续等第三辆才上去，回来鼻子就塞了。以后再也不会来了。

    这次入住体验非常满意。从办理入住开始，管家就非常贴心，主动帮我升级了房型，房间宽敞舒适，视野也很好。入住期间，管家还根据我的需求帮忙预订了SPA，服务专业细致，让人非常放松。酒店整体环境优雅，设施完善，工作人员热情周到，让人有宾至如归的感觉。下次来一定还会选择这家酒店，也会推荐给朋友。

    整个度假村依山而建，有三块住宿的区域，众安滙尊位于最高处，景色视野更佳。入住当天管家就提前加了微信，给我们升级了房间，我们有任何问题都及时帮我们解决，赞一个??。周末住宿的客人还是挺多的，温泉池人比较多，水质也不是太好，但是园区接驳车响应速度很快，套餐包含了早餐和晚餐，品质都还可以。

    房间还行，服务太一般，办入住到房间，全程没人説过你好，我説了很多次谢谢。大堂和入住和离开的接驳车工作人员，带着几个行李，没人帮着到车上，冬天车上有塑料布门，一个人拿几个行李往车门缝里提。早饭吃完想去山顶温泉看看，接驳车説你们自己走去就行，电梯换两次，他要去吃饭。山景就7个小池子，山顶就不用去了3个更小的。

    I would like to recommend to everyone that the hot springs and the breakfast buffet is really good ,however the dinner according to the stuff their is a restaurant that you can order from for a single dish which is basically the price of the buffet so it was too expensive. Their was a bad odor which came from the AC in our room. Finally, the customer service at this resort was extremely terrible as they got angry for just doing their jobs which NO resort of this status should ever do. Overall, the experience was made good by the hot springs but this resort DEFINITELY needs to improve as I would rather choose a different place next time. (Please note that they offer many different things but when you arrive all activities were closed even the bar was closed only the hot springs were open)
