酒店的位置很好，房间也很大。距离西湖西边以及灵隐寺很近。从灵隐寺骑单车回来也就10分钟不到。闹中取静的一个地方。 小杰小曾小王的服务很好，每一次微信管家，都立刻回覆。早餐也很丰富。走的时候还给我们送了好看的车挂。

第一次来杭州旅行，在网上偶然选择了贵酒店。入住时，前台接待人员礼貌周到，见我们带着孩子，特意为我们升级到一间宽敞的带阳台房间，对此我们十分感谢。
房间里已备好新鲜水果，设施齐全，居住体验舒适放松。唯一的小遗憾是缺少一张茶几，点外卖时需要坐在地上用餐。另外由于房间在一楼，蚊子较多，酒店还贴心地为我们准备了蚊香，这份细致让人感动。离店前，酒店还赠送了手环作为纪念。
感谢这次美好的相遇，也祝愿贵酒店生意兴隆，越来越好。（酒店照片没有拍到，只能附上几张临近酒店的风景）

What a wonderful location - so central to all the tourist attractions. I loved the quaintness of the setting. However, a lone foreigner during Labor Holiday can be a challenge. The staff tried their best and was very welcoming. The price is a bit steep, but I guess due to the holidays. Breakfast was just so-so and dinner as well. However, I had a great stay.

在西湖附近，还可以，出门方便，晚上散步吸氧很舒服，就是早餐那天周末突然没有了，没有通知，其他满分，管家Vickey随叫随到很舒心，双人餐虾饼和牛柳好好吃。

房间挺好的，宽敞、设施齐全，床挺舒适。全套欧舒丹的洗漱。服务很贴心！还有赠送水果、小礼品。吃饭方便，味道也不错。有山地自行车可以免费租用。酒店在一个安静的小区里，环境好，地理位置优越，到哪都方便，会考虑再次入住。
