距离钱塘江八百米，晚上散散步非常惬意 ，説有健身房，我以为小型的，结果比上商业建身房，器械多的三十多台，非常点赞。前台小刘服务热情，考虑周到值得点赞

房间乾净整洁，工作人员态度很好，耐心客气，非常不错，环境也好，设施齐全，出行交通也非常方便，出酒店就是龙湖天街商场，吃饭逛街很方便，酒店出去有个很大的运河，吃完饭出去散散步很舒服

设施：酒店装修简单大气，设备齐全，
衞生：房间衞生挺乾净，床比较软对于我个人来説还是很喜欢的，房间床头柜上和卡套上都有温馨提示，贴心！

公司出差随机找了一家离公司最近的酒店，从入住到退房各个员工都挺热情友好，特别是有个客房大姐有需要矿泉水和护理包都快速送来，很贴心，听説房间也是她打扫的衞生死角也是乾净。
