前台小王服务态度好！热情周到！房间环境一般，早餐不错，品种很多，周边配套设施完善，医院、美食、游泳、综合体、地铁站、银行，全都有！很是方便！

酒店位置优越，对面就是滨江龙湖天街。交通很方便，紧挨着6号线地铁。房间晚上也很安静，早饭很丰盛。重点是前台小马和小王服务态度很好！

附近出行也很方便有个天街商场 有提前打电话问可不可以停车 没想到停车还是免费的 小马不错态度很好 环境也不错

房间很宽敞明亮，交通也很方便！房间内的卫生也很干净，因为这次是来追星的，酒店后面的天街就是林俊杰咖啡车的地点，真的太幸福，让整个杭州之旅更惬意舒适

这个季节来杭州是最舒服的，春暖花开，好漂亮的，酒店楼下就是地铁，出行很方便，去西湖坐地铁不到二十分钟，杭州的郁金香开的正是季节，
