时荌服务很贴心，入住亚朵的体验超惊喜！原木风房间温馨又治癒，床品柔软得像躺在云朵里，一夜好眠到天亮。自助早餐品类超全，现磨咖啡醇香浓郁，还有暖心的深夜粥品。工作人员全程微笑服务，主动帮忙提行李，细节里全是贴心，下次出行还选亚朵！

本次入住体验十分舒心。前台工作人员服务热情周到，办理入住手续高效便捷；酒店地理位置优越，与地铁站咫尺之遥，出行极为便利。客房内设施齐全完善，空调等设备运行良好，且房间隔音效果佳，为休憩提供了安静舒适的环境。客房服务人员态度亲切友善，让人倍感温暖。酒店衞生清洁工作细致到位，大厅内香气宜人，细节之处尽显用心。晚间的深夜粥道暖胃暖心，次日早餐品类丰富、口感俱佳；退房时获赠饮用水，更是贴心满满。整体而言，是一次超出预期的入住体验，值得推荐！

周边商场吃的挺多的，旁边是大学城，周边还有一个小吃街，很多好吃的，离西湖景区宋城都不远，地铁也很近，很方便！下次来杭州还住这，洗衣送取不错

Loved this hotel, very convenient and staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I do think that the no smoking rule should be very strict guests still seem to smoke.

I recently stayed at Atour Hotel, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail, always greeting me with a warm smile and a willingness to assist with anything I needed.
The hotel itself was fantastic—beautifully maintained, cozy, and filled with a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.
I was treated with genuine care and hospitality from the team, and they also assisted me to arrange my trip to Shanghai airport!
If you’re looking for a warm, inviting place with exceptional service, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
