服务人员不错，房间干净漂亮每天打扫的很好，房务人员也很好，很喜欢这间连锁饭店，房间明亮吹风机也很高级！！下次来玩一样会想住这里，位置很好到那都近，生意房客都很多！！

在小红书看博主推荐的，犹豫了好久才定这家酒店，但是办理入住后发现落差太大了，房间很小，400多一晚有点不值这个价，好在酒店的早餐还不错，总之性价比不高！

临时带着宝宝去杭州玩，对比之下选择了亚朵，办理入住前台服务挺不错的，在酒店定外卖都有机器人送餐上门，十分方便。停车也有免费停车场，距离湖滨商圈也只需要10几分钟左右，不算远。虽然住在电梯旁边，但是电梯都是静音的，隔音还不错，算是度过了一个不错的周末。

酒店前台服务态度很好，因为早到没有合适的房间安排，前台帮我们预留好房间，让我们先寄存行李出去玩一圈再回来… 我们出行基本是都是滴滴，没有坐过地铁，距离不太清楚，步行去西湖其实也挺远，起码走30分钟，但是滴滴很便捷…房间卫生很好，床铺枕头也睡得舒服，除了早餐还有宵夜，虽然宵夜的品种不多，但是逛累了回来有种被照顾到的感觉，真好！
