Although is a bit walking distance from metro station, still quite convenient surrounding with food. Customer service is the best I ever experienced in any of my travelling. Staff are friendly, efficient, and treat every guest with exceptional hospitality. Would recommend.

Check in was a little complicated as I think they thought we had just arrived in China! Once this was cleared up we shown to our room. Unfortunately our first room smelt smoky and we were quickly allocated another room and presented with a complimentary fruit box.
We enjoyed our stay very, the room had all we needed. On leaving we were presented with a gift for national holiday weekend ??

Clean and comfortable to stay with a kid during the golden week. It takes 10-15 minutes to be at the west lake and start exploring.
Evreything is simple and functional with a pleasant breakfast room for the morning.
