Spacious hotel for family with kids. Strategic location, near Westlake scenic spot and just walking distance to Wulin night market. Surrounded by alot of shopping areas and eateries. Room comes with small control, and equipped with robot for food delivery. Hotel lobby is shared between xiyouli and Zhejiang , so make sure you're on the right check in counter. Breakfast buffet is very good alot of varieties, from local cuisines to western, not to mention that it's also fresh juicer to make fresh juice on the spot

Very Outstanding although its not a big hotel. Friendly FO with nice smile. Very closed to metro station with just less than 3 mins walk. Night market just at the next street, about 15min walks from hotel to the Westlake. Will definately book this hotel again when going to HangZhou. ??????

酒店设计非常出彩，走廊有各种精美造型的孙悟空，房间整洁，空间大，温度也很适宜。酒店的每一位工作人员都很热情，前台的小周更是细心体贴，有求必应，特别有亲和力，所以又续住了三天。。。

位置超便利！乾净又贴心，来杭州必住西柚里～
这次杭州之行选对酒店太加分了！西游里酒店的位置真的绝，离凤起路地铁站不到100米，步行几步就到，不管是去西湖景区还是武林商圈都超方便，完全不用费心找路。最惊喜的是楼下就是中华老字号天香楼，逛累了直接下楼就能吃到正宗杭帮菜，杭州卤鸭和糯米藕都超赞，不用特意排队等位，吃货表示太满足了！
房间打扫得特别乾净，床品柔软无异味，衞生间乾爽整洁，细节处都透着用心，住得特别舒心。服务员态度也超nice，办理入住退房都很快，前台小范有问题谘询时耐心又热情，还会主动分享游玩攻略，体验感拉满～
交通便利、餐饮方便、衞生在线、服务贴心，性价比超高！已经推荐给要去杭州的朋友了，下次来还选这家～

这次来杭州的行程非常冲冲促，所幸选了这家酒店。酒店的地理位置非常方便，四周都是商店。吃的逛的都有。武林夜市就在酒店下来步行几十米。一入住就感觉宾至如归，非常的舒适。一走进酒店闻到一股淡淡的香味非常舒服。
房间里都准备了些水果。洗簌台还摆着白桃乌龙茶口味的簌口夜，非常贴心的酒店。
酒店的前台小张小姐姐説话很很温柔，非常有礼貌。看到我行李多还帮我提上去房，回的时候还帮我送到车上。这个服务态度真的好得没话説。希望他们家老板看了评语给她加薪！
房间里的电视有西游记的卡通片让孩子在晚上时不无聊不玩手机。对于亲子友善的酒店形式来説，我得夸一下这家酒店的亲子游戏室。活动范围很大， 一进去就看到一台电脑， 还有一些桌游像百万富翁，棋子等等。书柜上有些漫画和小説，还准备了咖啡机，还有微波炉可以翻热食物。由于这次天气冷，孩子有些感冒了， **买了些药，贴心的小姐姐还虚寒温暖。由于行程的临时改变，把行李都寄存在酒店到6点半才离开杭州。
临走前，小张小姐姐还给孩子送上小玩具。下一次来杭州，一定再入住这家。

Hotel is at a good location, within walking distance to Wulin Night Market and many other eateries, and also near to the Metro Exit. However, room size is a bit small, especially the toilet and shower area. Overall, still value for money.

Very good hotel, would say the best service level in my entire trip in hangzhou, wuzhen, suzhou, shanghai. Check in 2am, flawless and willing to change a new bedsheet even at 2am. Free upgrade room, and free christmas buffet dinner even with a minor issue at bedsheet, its so thoughtful. Free toys for kids, free drying service and room delivery after done, good breakfast and christmas dinner, very good experience, strongly recommended with family

The hotel is perfect. We took high speed train from Shanghai to Hangzhou East station and connect with Metro to Fengqi road station. The hotel is just in front of Fengqi road station exit B. Walking distance to Wulin night market and west lake. Many food seller surround the hotel.
The hotel share same lobby with Zhejiang Hotel..however the room it self located at 4th floor in the same tower. Room is clean and spacious. The washing machines and dryers is adding positive points. The staff hospitality is exceeding our expectation. They help us to make a phone call to our next hotel.
We will stay here again for our next Hangzhou trip.
