Room is clean. Service is good. We stayed near a pantry area where we can get some coffee and things like make up cotton and ear buds that we need. Location is close to Wulin Night Market and convenient to walk to West Lake too. They gave us fruits and Christmas cookies too. The design of the bathroom is a bit weird though. Overall, a good stay for our family.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of zhenjiang hotel and they provide good buffet breakfast with a wide variety. The location is good, very near to the metro station and wulin night market. Many food choices nearby.

地段一级好，在凤西路地铁站。走几分钟就是武林夜市，银泰百货，嘉里中心。就是浙江饭店里的4楼。早餐是共用浙江饭店的。房间不大，特别是衞生间，一个人在水池前，另一个人就不能进去上厕所了，挤不进，开不了门。600多的房费，200是地段，100是早餐。

这次周末入住城市西游里酒店（西湖湖滨店），体验超出预期，必须给个五星好评！
?? 位置绝佳：酒店就在西湖湖滨，步行几分钟就能到湖边，傍晚散步看夕阳太惬意了，周边吃饭购物也超级方便。
?? 环境与服务：酒店设计很有格调，大堂明亮温馨，房间乾净整洁，床品舒服，隔音也很好，一觉睡到自然醒。重点是服务真的贴心！
?? 特别表扬：前台的小范和小张服务态度特别好，办理入住迅速，还主动给我们推荐了周边好吃好玩的地方，非常热情周到。遇到问题响应也很快，让人感觉宾至如归。
?? 整体感受：性价比很高，无论是位置、环境还是服务都很满意，强烈推荐给来西湖游玩的朋友！下次来杭州还会选择这里～

房间总体上还是挺好的，我们是四个大人，一个小朋友住在里面非常可行，酒店离武林夜市，和断桥很近，正常走路 15 分钟差不多了，酒店旁边也繁华，便利店，超市，小吃都有的，前台小姐姐小范也很热情，服务态度很好??，值得推荐，下次再去杭州还会选择这家的，主要就是方便。

我们2025年12月20日入住西游里酒店。客房很乾净整洁。布置美观舒适。各种小用品很适用又俱全。早餐太丰富了而且新鲜衞生。我们特别满意。
前台小姐专业主动热情。在这里特别要感谢小徐和小张两位小姐给予我们的关照。我们带有2个小孩子，她们为我们提供方便，使我们的杭州之行很愉快。

距离凤起路地铁站非常靠近，从B出口出来就是酒店了，回去也可以从酒店侧面的地铁入口，真的非常方便。地铁站还跟机场是同一条路线。酒店前台尤其是小张也非常友好，衞生方面非常乾净，是一间值得推荐入住的酒店。圣诞节当日还送了小饼乾。

前台小周很热情和服务都非常好。她可以代收包裹还把包裹送上房里。房里还送了水果和小零食，孩子的最爱。酒店的地点很好，出门就是地铁站，去武林夜市和D11美食中心很近。下次去杭州，一定会再光顾这家酒店。

酒店坐落在浙江宾馆的四楼，和浙江宾馆是一家公司但是更偏亲子，説实话感觉这个价格的话房间有点小，但是可能地理位置实在太好，又是恰逢元旦也就情有可原。酒店很有设计感，到处摆满了孙悟空的可爱雕像，如果是西游记迷应该会很满足。
最后感叹杭州不愧是打工之都，大家态度都特别好，特别热情且高效。特别是前台的小周和小范，甚至门衞的小李（冒着大雨帮忙协调车位因为门口停车位实在是太紧俏）！谢谢大家~
另外酒店既然是亲子就最好配备一个小童马桶盖呗，不贵的！这样就不用家长冒着恶臭给宝宝坐便器洗乾净了~~~~（＞_＜）~~~~对，説的就是我

小张 service was excellent.
If there is a 5.1 Stars rating, I will give it. I am totally impressed from the room to the toilet to the morning breakfast restaurant. Initially I was skeptical about this hotel as it looks too good to be true.
Cleanliness. Spotless. The feel and the area to me is very clean and tidy. Very comfortable.
Location. Near to metro, Feng qi station. About 30m away. Didn't take it but if u are looking for a hotel near a metro, no hesitation
Service. From front desk to the hotel staffs, they are all very professional.
Amenities. For anyone looking for a hotel with washing machines, there are 4 wash machines and 4 dryers at level 5. At level 8, there are 1 dryer and 2 washing machines. Good if u need a chance to wash your clothes before continuing with the next leg.
