房间很有宋韵，位置也不错，就在水澄桥地铁上旁边，离虎跑也很近。前台、餐厅的服务人员态度都很热情，特别是一位前台小哥，还推荐了周围好吃的店。早餐很丰富，有杭州特色的片儿川，套餐中含有一份晚餐，都是特色菜，味道也很好。

陪妈妈的杭州行，翻了西湖周边的酒店，最后选择入住杭州上城英迪格酒店，前台Loren热情服务，办入住很贴心。餐厅员工服务贴心周到，早餐品种丰富，种类繁多，整体味道较好，房间设计感拉满，舒适温馨，还有惊喜免费迷你吧，不管是服务还是房间设施配套整体体验感佳，下次来杭州还会选择这里。

前台和餐厅的服务堪比十星！在此想特意感谢餐厅 Carl Xu这位年轻小伙子，在平安夜能感受到他满满的正能量磁场和发自内心的热情和周到，为这次杭州的家庭出行添色不少！还有特色的是酒柜里的酒都是餐厅小姑娘手绘的，能充分感受到她的热爱、欢喜和才华。这是一家由年轻人组成的服务团队却非常的专业热情！
