Very good hotel, near the center of west lake. Also accessible to metro. The facilities are great, food has variety. Personnel also were very accommodating and helpful. zhang Ciaolong even provided us some hotel freebies and very helpful during our overall stay

离地铁站西湖都很近，楼顶可以上去，能看到西湖。酒店设施很有韵味，有质感，古朴。一楼的工作人员都很有耐心。就是旁边还有一家马可波罗滨湖酒店，两家容易搞混，第一天外卖就点错了，走路过去拿大概十分钟。

每次来杭州娃们必点名的马可波罗了，记得第一次入住就被酒店的服务惊喜到～这次到酒店办理入住时间有点晚了 前台小姐姐看我们一家四口免费给我们升级了亲子套房 就连酒店门口的保安叔叔都特别热情而且很有礼貌 情绪价值一下子被拉满！下次还来

马可波罗酒店多次入住了，位置黄金地段离西湖步行也就5分钟，房间窗户上就能远眺湖面，离湖滨银泰N77吃饭购物中心都非常方便。酒店设施虽然有点陈旧，但卫生，服务一如既往的专业，热情，停车的服务员也很负责。总之，湖滨附近的酒店性价比之王！
卫生极好，台灯，电视机上方都没有灰尘，细节到位。对面的友好饭店房价2倍，卫生还略有不如。

一如既往的好！到杭州我就选这家酒店，房间干净整洁，布置也温馨，跟现在的一些北欧简易布置完全不一样；早餐丰盛，中西式都有。最值得一提的是，地理位置十分优越，离西湖实在太近了，步行就能到，早起去溜达溜达，晚饭后还可以去消消食，哈哈哈??

酒店人员服务态度都很好，客房干净卫生，整体环境很好，细节也做得非常棒，自助餐种类丰富，门口的保安师傅工作认真负责。长者孩子吃住很满意，而且出行非常便捷，正门右转直行即可到达银泰和西湖景区，楼下的新周记杭帮菜味道非常不错

黄金地段，不错，周围各种综合体，游客聚集地，靠近西湖500米上下吧。
这是亲子酒店，1楼还有小童娱乐区，从设施规模来讲是三四星标准，就差游泳池不然就到四星标准了。
运气超好，订到了最后一间，暑假生意爆了订满了，基础房卖光了直接帮升了好几级到亲子套房～ 谢谢啦
设施：
1. 健身房算小，基础设备没问题。可惜没有游泳池
2. 屋顶可以眺望到西湖和山景，景色不错，就是太晚会锁门哦。
3. 房间没冰箱
4. 自动坐便器，不过洗手间下水道会反味… 希望修修
5. 睡眠浅的最好戴耳塞哦
