墙面发霉，家俱破破烂烂，270一晚也不不至于这么差吧，换了一间房差不多，厕所下水道臭了一晚上，空调对着床吹，懒得换房间了，主路边噪音很大，评分这么高好奇怪

300多的酒店，隔音几乎没有，环境也很差，晚上还配了耳塞，酒店也知道自己隔音差，不给换房，隔壁房间洗澡説话听的一清二楚，戴上耳塞管用，别再住了

今年一月在这家酒店住过3天感觉很好，酒店非常乾净，服务人员热情有礼貌，有问必答有求必应。周边小饭馆很多，饮食方便。特别是地铁站近在咫尺，出行忒方便了。
这次与老伴旅游途径杭州又特地入住该酒店在杭州玩了两天。这次来住让我感动的是今早为了避高峯我俩天刚萌亮就开车离开酒店，行李箱却落在停车场没带。可乐的是酒店捡到箱子后电话询问是否是我们丢失的，我俩还一口否认。看来我俩的轻度老年**已经实锤。到家后才发现行李箱没在车里。
谢谢酒店把行李箱给我们寄来。下次杭州之旅再住澜里。
