想开个房间和三五好友做饭过生日的，开了双套房的户型，来了之后还给我们升级成了三套房的。过生日结果朋友叫朋友越来越多，不知不觉吵到了隔壁的人导致被投诉，前台小姐姐态度超级好，对我们也非常客气，最后还给我们开了餐厅让我们吹蛋糕，特别nice，早上退房的时候还和我们说抱歉打扰我的生日体验，态度真的没话说了。其实自己作为过错方，对于这种相互理解的酒店，有种双向奔赴的感觉。爱了！我自己是住在未来科技城附近的，所以还好。其他朋友因为没来过未来科技城，这次到了万豪都觉得这里特别不错！

给了免费升级两房一厅，点赞，房间很好，设施很新，比其他万豪，喜来登要好；周边环境很好，很新，店铺很多，去阿里很近2km，骑电车就可以了

万豪还是有品质感的，酒店的管理标准，卫生标准和服务标准，用品标准都很不错
第一次来这家店，到店时都是半夜1点了，提前就接到酒店电话询问房间是否有特殊的要求，感觉很温暖
到店后，前台小魏一直在等着我，我进酒店门口时能喊出我是王先生，让我觉得真的是用了心，很感动。
酒店整体入住非常满意，推荐朋友门入住
