标间509双床除了wifi，基本什么都坏的。办理入住的时候前台说空调没问题，入住后就说坏了也没办法！三个壁灯都是坏的，空调很大声音，床头筒灯的开关坏的，电视也看不了。前台服务也差！以后不会考虑这家店

可能是小县城吧，条件有限，2013开的，照例硬也不至于差到这样吧？空调也不行，房间里都不好了还是豪华单间了？服务态度是更加不能恭维了、总体来说：真的非常后悔选择住这里、但是我也查了一下，白河除了金龙宾馆不知道咋样，其它好像也没有好的宾馆了、如果下次我再去白河肯定不会住天池了，希望白河会重新开个5??星级酒店?
