酒店陈旧，服务态度一般，房间不好，卫生间淋浴都是坏的，卫生也差，住了一晚，果断换酒店，不会再去了。

整体来说交通是非常方便的，离杭州站只有两站路，出门也有小吃、便利店、水果店。对于酒店环境来说，外观是较为老旧的，里面的环境虽不是特别明亮，但还算干净，卫生间的淋浴水力很大，这点挺欣慰的。工作人员听热情的，对于景点路线不明白的，他们都很耐心的回答。
