失望！很失望！太失望！极失望！万分失望！失望透顶！我们于2月17日入住，可是从到达一刻起直到离开，我所有好感全部幻灭，有的只是愤怒！一、我们11点半到达酒店，前台说房间未收拾好，可等到12点15分还不能入住，经数次交涉，终于在12点30分到达指定房间，可房间里居然还有一男服务员在收拾房间，又等了数分钟他才离开。可房间整体效果使人非常不满意！二、在我们等待入住期间，除一开始端来两杯姜茶外，将近1小时再无人理睬，可这时酒店住客并不很多。三、整个酒店院区疏于管理，多出黄土裸露，并荒草遍地，给人破败感觉。四、房间内两处插座无法使用，且装修已显老旧，局部出现破损。五、洗漱用品质量很一般，拖鞋上居然无标识，且质量不如普通酒店。六、书桌上的文具破旧且不全，还不如某些四星级酒店。七、酒店提供的功夫茶壶壶嘴儿破损不更换，且橱柜中没有玻璃杯。八、游泳池水温过低，只有26-27度，经交涉说需等很长时间才能加温，而另一小温泉池温度太高，让人很难进入。九、房间地面为灰色大理石，感觉档次极低。十、酒店服务员着装破旧，似长期不洗，且在酒店院区内不打招呼，大喊大叫。总之西溪悦榕庄是六星收费，四星装修，三星服务！
