非常典雅的民宿，很安静，位置也很好，前台很nice，看到带小孩就帮给房间升级了，看得出来是很大气的一家酒店，满意。

这家民宿舒适度很不错，古色古香，地暖很舒服，因为带着小朋友还免费升级了房间，本来还担心一层会潮，其实完全是白担心，房间超舒服，小朋友光脚走来走去。管家还送水果，小吃和夜宵，总之是古典特色的五星体验

选了大床房，第一间进去有点霉味，前台立马更换了房间，房间总体调调比较舒服。早餐就差强人意了，没什么吃的，只能随便应付点。

本来订的两个标间，店家免费帮我把一个房间升级成了星空房，赞，可惜那天下雨，看不见星星.晚上服务员还送了免费的零食和银耳汤夜宵，也很赞，唯一不足的是在晚上在这家店吃完饭，上菜速度实在是太慢了，可能是因为生意太好了，厨房来不及烧，但是菜的味道还是不错的

湘湖四周环境极好，适合悠哉游玩，环湖驾车有许多停车场，不用担心停车问题。现在是淡季，游客少。早餐极差，没有几个品种，连蔬菜水果也省了，烤面包机没有电不能使用，告诉服务员也不见解决问题，面包酱里面都花水了。淡季服务简单点也可以理解，但这样的服务和6百多的价格不符。环湖一圈有许多酒店，相信这不是性价比较好的一家。
