酒店地理环境优越，就在杨公堤边上，酒店环境也很棒，就像一座小公园，马路对面就是曲苑风荷。房间清爽干净，设施很好。硬件很棒。可惜，软件还要加强，白天下午近三点到的酒店，被告知房间还未打扫好，需要等待四十分钟，柜面只有一个工作人员在接待，这可是五一假期期间哦，显然，前期准备不足。旁边有个书吧，因为小朋友想喝热水，我向工作人员询问是否可积点热水，工作人员生硬答复：等一下。态度冷漠，口气强硬，让人很不舒服。早餐，五一期间就餐人员较多，服务人员太少，根本来不及收拾，桌面凌乱不堪，地上也很多残羹，我去端碗面，想麻烦烧面的工作人员端一下，工作人员一脸嫌弃，端起来，然后很用力地放到台面上……类似细节还有很多，什么感觉呢，就是感觉很多工作人员都是匆忙上岗，没有基本的服务意识，总的说来，硬件无可挑剔，软件……有待加强吧。我是不是说太多了，好吧，再见。
