非常棒的一家酒店！位置很好，就在西湖旁边，过马路就是西湖内湖。服务也很好，我当时去到酒店，双人房想换成大床房，经理马上帮我们换了。

位于西湖杨公堤旁边，观赏西湖美景很方便，酒店设施典雅，早餐品种齐全，味道不错;中餐厅菜式也不错。值得一赞是房间服务员张秀才以及张秀彩为我们提供了贴心的房间整理服务以及一份水果。

山庄环境幽静，旁边就是曲苑风荷，还有植物园，早晚散步景色宜人，早餐品种丰富。隔音效果不是很好，可能是网上订，是一楼缘故，墙脚墙壁翻起。
