第一次写这么长的点评，酒店环境很好，位置在火车东站旁边，还有车免费接送，司机陈师傅人很好，大堂还有小朋友的书吧，我们到的时候前面的客人刚退房，客房服务员足足打扫了半个多小时被套、床单、枕套全部换新的，卫生间擦的干干净净，我们带了小孩还给了一套儿童牙刷和拖鞋，咖啡还是胶囊咖啡机烧出来的很不错，还有第一次喝蓝莓味的茶也很好喝，还有欢迎水果，晚上还有免费夜宵真的很不错，在来说说早饭我觉得早饭品种还是蛮齐全的，就是一个种类里面没有很多花样，主要我爱吃的都有，所以很满意，以后来杭州还会来住这里。

酒店离杭州东站非常近，酒店有到车站免费接车的服务，很贴心。酒店服务热情，女儿喜欢酒店的早餐，宵夜也不错。

房间干净卫生，离高铁站很近，但却很安静，服务态度好，有车接送到高铁站，最温馨的是大厅有个图书角，孩子可以借阅故事书

酒店设施尚可，也提供接站服务。但性价比一般，而且价格波动较大。越早定反而越贵，越晚订反而便宜，似乎有些不太合理。
