入住还好，但是提前有跟前台沟通第二天需要赶火车，带着5个同事和行李，问是否可以提前预定车辆，前台告知我说可以直接打的很方便，或者直接滴滴！结果第二天根本叫不到的，打滴滴太近了，都不接单的！然后一群人扛着行李走到火车站！！！这一点很无语的

房间温馨舒适，很干净，有空气净化器，并且提供免费送到杭州东站的服务。特别感谢送我去杭州东站的张姓工作人员，态度很好。下次有机会继续入住。
