酒店位置不错就在西湖边，开窗能看到西湖。杭州酒家 银泰都在边上。但是硬件确实一般，有些陈旧了，毕竟一分钱一分货，住住还是可以的

我觉得很好，设施先进，整体干净整洁，地理位置好，出门都是吃饭地方，商业街内，杭州酒家，知味观，走几步就是新白鹿等。对面就是西湖，吃完饭、散散步或是晨跑，都很惬意

地理位置太棒了，距离地铁站和西湖非常近，周围有很多吃的逛的，非常满意，隔音也是不错的。

非常好的酒店，地理位置相当好，走出去就是西湖，而且旁边就是知味观总店，非常值得推荐的，果断的继续预订住剩余的几晚！下次还会继续光顾的！（还有直接饮用水呢！）

位置优越，西湖遛弯散步看音乐喷泉过马路就是，楼下就是知味观总店和杭州酒家还有必胜客，门前的东坡路正在修路稍有堵车现象，但总体还好，打车到雷峰塔、河坊街都只要三四公里。
设施略显陈旧，湖景有楼遮挡只能看到一条边，不够作为卖点。床垫枕头很舒服，淋浴水够大够热，基本够的上五星标准。
服务：到达时不到一点办好入住，房间还没打扫出来，告诉可以先放下行李进房，这点不错。
但连住到第二天才送到下午水果，才知道冰箱里有几罐免费饮料（新放了说明），而且第二晚没有给新的蚊香片，这阵子蚊子好厉害，一夜一片根本不够用不说，第二晚一片都没给。建议配备可连续使用的蚊香液
