位置特别好，与西湖只隔着一条马路，周边吃饭的地方很多，楼下就是杭州酒家和知味观，离公交站地铁站都很近，步行即可，去景点很方便，房间很干净，工作人员都很热情。

从07年开始，每年去杭州都住这家，位置太有优势了，交通也方便。下午1点多到了，提前办入住，前台小哥帅气又热情。就是等房间收拾好等了一会儿，可以理解，是我自己早到了。房间应该是重新装修过了吧，跟以前住的时候不一样了。很干净。一如继往的满意
