我订了一间不带早餐的标间，第二天问前台哪有好吃了，推荐了马路对面的煎饺，的确很好吃，好像说这家煎饺店总店是入选了米其林餐厅。另外，酒店出门左边就有两个大商场，逛街购物都很不错，酒店的设施设备都很好，全天内部都冷气很足，服务也很快速，住了一晚都很满意！

这次出差入住的酒店，原本担心出差选的临街房间会受车流噪音影响，结果进房关上门的瞬间，瞬间安静了，一夜睡到大天亮。房间设施更是没得挑，热水秒出、水温稳定，空调制冷制热都特别快，床品柔软，床头还有独立包装的耳塞提供，出差选这里真的太值了。

住了一晚酒店，酒店非常不错。特别一提的是晚上要准备第二天的会议资料，去前台说想打印文件，工作人员立马带我到打印区，打印过程中我临时接了个电话，匆忙间忘了把 U 盘拔走就回了房间。刚坐下没多久，前台就帮我送上来了，对于这样的服务，只能说满意。

酒店的装修风格处处透着新颖巧思，视觉上特别舒服，住进来就感觉很放松。最要夸的是前台工作人员，服务特别贴心。我提前寄了个快递到酒店，本还担心没人签收，结果前台不仅帮忙妥善收好，办理入住时还主动提醒我记得拿，完全没让我多费心。

这个亲子房是我住酒店以来第一次要小朋友付早餐费的酒店，而且要求付的是成人早餐价格。在跟酒店工作人员明确说明是亲子房后也没有任何效果。其他酒店只要是定了亲子房，不管显示的是几份早餐，小朋友用餐都是免费的。早餐的话肯定达不到四星标准。房间本身还可以，虽然边上是高架，但窗户隔音不错，听不到外面任何声音。

服务非常好，夜班小王美女还帮忙满足需求的房间，一直很耐心，前台小姐姐服务超级耐心。造早餐品种多样，高峰吃饭座位充足，新装修很方便。杭州很棒，会再来。

这是我在今年国庆期间住的最满意的一个酒店，性价比超高，服务特好！行政楼层，豪华大床房，真棒??????
设施：全新装修，典雅时尚，很喜欢这种装修风格，枕头床垫都很舒服，房间安静，安心舒睡！
卫生：很干净很整洁
环境：交通便利，离地铁很近，几分钟路程，离西湖也很近，周边配套齐全，吃的很多，还有大商场
服务：服务热情，周到细致，早餐丰富！
