酒店位置还可以 离火车站比较近 但是可能是由于五一的原因 公交车不能到达景点 酒店设施还可以 服务也比较热情 我们三个人定了一个标间 酒店另提供了第三个人的洗漱用具
床也很舒服 但就是有一点 有的灯坏了 不亮 这点比较不满意 希望下次可以更完善一点
我们是早上到的 虽然不能入住 但是可以在前台寄存行李 酒店挺善解人意的 退房的时候也可以在前台寄存行李
真不愧是我精挑细选挑了好几天的酒店 毕竟是五一期间 涨价可以理解 对比其他性价比不好的那些酒店 这个价格挺不错了

给爸妈订的。对酒店三楼的工作人员非常不满意。应该是不肯开用餐的发票所以推三阻四。在消费者提出“你们交接工作应该做好”这样的建议时，用“你这么厉害怎么不去当总统”来怼消费者。不会再选择这家酒店了。我们不厉害，你们的工作人员才厉害。

来杭州旅游住的这里，离西湖和火车站都挺近的，坐车也方便，周边吃的玩的都很多，话说春天的西湖也太美了吧，哈哈哈
