  Very good property with high standards Good price for value , great location by the west lake with many food and restaurants options Nice , spacious and clean “furnished apartment” room Rooftop pool + ground floor pool and complete gym Highly recommended for a comfy stay in Hanoi

  4泊しました。非常に心地よいホテルでした。清扫も行き届いていますし、スタッフの方は亲切に対応してくださります。お诞生日をお祝いしてくださって有难うございました。またハノイにきたときは泊まりたいと思うホテルです。朝食も美味しいですし、シャワーの水圧问题なし、洗濯机?キッチンが使用できるお部屋もあります。

  严格按照星级酒店的标准，这个酒店是达不到五星级酒店的要求，携程网挂五星，与实际操作不符，前台服务check in的态度一般，早餐情况服务加餐食有待提高呢，同时酒店的出行不太方便，要走的大门口需要10分钟左右，出去也是小巷子，附近有shopmall但是需要打车过去
