Location: right above Lotte Mall, good for shopping and last minute buys in the Lotte Mart. Easy to travel to places around Hanoi
Room: Spacious and clean, carpet floor though ?? good view of the city
Service: all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful
Food: we tried the breakfast buffet and it was so good, it is near to a few food places to that is nice as well

I had a wonderful 3-night sightseeing and shopping trip to Hanoi, with a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The Deluxe Room was well-equipped, amenities were sufficient, and cleanliness met our expectations. Service was consistent, with late evening requests for additional drinking water delivered promptly. A special compliment to Mai, Supervisor at the 63rd floor breakfast, who impressed us by returning with an update on a service lapse — a thoughtful gesture that reflects great hospitality. Don’t miss the seasonal Mango Bingsu at The Lounge, a refreshing treat after a hot day out in Hanoi.

ロッテホテルハノイに宿泊しました。高层阶の部屋からの眺めが素晴らしく、特に夜景は圧巻でした。部屋は清洁で设备も充実しており、快适に过ごせました。スタッフの対応も丁宁で安心感があり、朝食のバリエーションも豊富で美味しかったです。立地も良く、次回ハノイを访れる际もぜひ利用したいホテルです。
