Very bad experience with the hotel. The room has broken air-conditioning, we got transferred to another room, also with no air-conditioning, and in worse condition than the first. The bathroom and the bed was partitioned by a curtain?! After endless complaints midnight, we were told they can't do anything, nor give us a refund if we moved out, as the hotel manager has left for the day, and no one in the hotel could decide. We ended up sleeping with a stand fan they brought!
The only good thing about the hotel, was the breakfast ??

A cozy, intimate stay here in Hanoi - we were met with friendly staff, had complimentary drinks and snacks at their ground level bar. Upon heading into our King Deluxe room, we were met with a delicious cake and fresh fruits!
