房间偏老：装修偏复古，空间不算大，部分设施有年代感。西湖畔的老牌五星，景观与餐饮是王牌，服务稳、环境静；房间偏老但胜在位置与氛围，适合想在河内慢下来的人。

酒店服务挺好，订房套餐的晚餐、早餐自助也不错。但是酒店的泳池是室外的，冬天用不了，又没有任何孩子可以玩的设施，也没有Spa。不太适合带娃家庭，比较适合商务需求。

订的两天大床房，已确认。到了只有双床，前台接待不解决问题，要我们升级行政套房价格要翻倍，果断拒绝！房间很一般中规中矩。第二天才升级大床房，房间还对得起这个品牌，到主要景区偏远需要打车

配套设施很不错，房间欧式风格，乾净整洁，电源插孔是通用型，很方便。
整体服务也很不错，比如早餐区服务员，门僮等等。唯一有点不足的是前台，不知是故意的还是有点不专业，明明在携程订的大床房，办理入住时他们却打印个双床房的清单，再问我双床房行不行。你没大床房了，不能第一时间告知，并主动升级吗？！居然第一选择是降级，不可理解。

整体环境还不错，客服比较热情。距离各景点打车很近，早餐也还不错，还有三文鱼。唯一缺点就是最近在装修，白天稍微有些吵。
