酒店卫生还行，就是入住房间面积怎么也不像30平米！早餐也很丰盛，但是前台男同志服务水平真心有待提高，我说了多次谢谢，冰冷的连起码的回应都没有，还给我多次强调艺龙平台订购不能和华住官网享受同等待遇，着实让客人尴尬！

这次旅行中预订了两次全季酒店，一是西安钟楼新城广场店，一是汉中北街口店，都非常满意，而且还有团购价格，住了几家酒店，终于感受到零压高级大床的优点了，难怪在宣传中要专门强调“零压”。能缓解一天的旅行疲劳。
酒店给我的感觉相当文艺，干净整洁，还没到酒店，前台就电话来问询什么时候到酒店，正好也问询线路与如何停车等问题，都一一作了解答。相当人性化的服务。
房间里用的竹地板，感觉相当干净，比地毯好多了，被子也是消毒过的，还有不间断电源，还有淋浴间有晾衣服的挂架，真是太方便了。对于家庭旅行来说，经济又实惠。
各方面都很满意，以后外出会选择全季酒店，当然啦，也收到短信，成了全季的会员。

各方面环境都挺好，服务也很热情，就是210淋浴房排水不畅，还好有2间房，我们都去另一间房洗澡。停车场比较小
