前台办理续住时，明明说清了网上已经下好订单，再到前台就是为了“到店付”来付款的，却听不清，非要我们再重复下个订单网上付，前一个订单使用了红包又取消不掉，白白损失100多元！

首先，在这么小的地方有这么气派的酒店，真的好意外。整体设施也齐全，新！早餐其实也是不错的，品种不多，但质量还行，有点特色。唯独遗憾的是前台服务，绝对是不符合，服务员连个笑脸都没有不说，问话也是一问一答，硬邦邦的！这个真的需要提高！
