去年住了一次印象挺好的，今年回家时就又来住了。但是离开酒店时把玉项链忘记在酒店里了，过了两天想起来，再和酒店反馈时已经找不到了。蛮贵重的一个项链，有点生气。就这样吧。是自己的疏忽大意多一点。
希望酒店加强一下这方面的管理，在客人退房时查房时看到客人的东西，多多少少也提醒一下客人还要不要。

酒店整体设施还是不错的，就是大堂电梯前的地毯有很难闻的尿骚味道，让人感到非常恶心，不舒服
