本次和妻子一起回合肥探亲，自己对酒店要求比较高，所以之前在网上查询了很久合肥各家酒店的情况，也做了很多对比最后选择开元酒店，一进入大堂感觉比较气派，工作人员很热情，会有人主动帮忙拉行李，入住到房间后感觉也很满意，玻璃书桌看起来很清爽，房间也会赠送水果和牛奶，到房间几分钟后整理行李时，发现自己的小包丢在出租车上了，本次带了三个行李箱东西太多，只能找到酒店帮忙，大堂经理小璐迅速到房间帮忙处理，和自己询问了相关信息后，通过出租车卡片上的车牌号后经过很长时间沟通，最后帮忙找到小包，看的出来工作人员很用心，自己也非常感谢这位大堂经理，后来和她聊天才得知酒店有一个贴心管家服务团队，而她就是贴心管家成员，也看到她带了一个心形的牌子，原来是这样的意思。酒店很暖心，服务很贴心，祝酒店越来越好，非常感谢??
