第二次入住开元，一如既往的好，本次和同事一起来合肥出差，朋友是第一次来合肥，贴心管家小璐服务很好，朋友准备买些当地特产，也给自己很好的建议，退房东西比较多，还帮忙打包，这样就很方便了，非常满意的住宿体验，以后还会继续住这里

酒店位置很方便，服务员都很热情！特别是服务生小李还特地把我叫的外卖从大堂送到房间， 很是贴心！ 下次还会选择这里。

酒店大堂很气派，也有工作人员引领，前台美女办入住手续很快，还帮忙安排了相近的房间，然后介绍了一些酒店的泳池早餐地点和wifi，这次带了小朋友，晚上房间还配送了儿童拖鞋牙具还有一个猴娃娃，这是一个小惊喜，感觉跟贴心，第二天退房，由于是刷卡的，直接把房卡还给前台了，礼宾帮忙运送行李到停车场，礼宾小陈温文尔雅礼貌服务很到位，大概五分钟接到酒店的电话说孩子的玩具落下了，幸亏酒店及时发现了，那是孩子最喜欢的玩具，特别感谢前台的电话，总之非常满意的入住体验，以后来合肥就是首选开元了

旁边就是沃尔玛超市，买东西方便。4楼餐厅做的菜很好吃。房间干净，洗浴下水好。送了果盘和1盒牛奶。前台服务员非常耐心。地下停车场用券按次免费停车（券向前台要）

一下出租车就有行李员帮忙接过自己的东西 一直送到房间门口 之前入住天鹅湖比较多 现在看看还是开元酒店设施更好 服务也很到位 前台特意给安排了高楼层无烟的房间 看看夜景好漂亮 酒店到高铁南站也很近 打车十五分钟
