看演唱会去的，硬件设施没问题，就是服务跟五星级酒店差太多，前台那么服务人员，办理入住的时候爱理不理，刷房那么多次，可能是习惯了五星酒店的服务，对这家还是小失望的，如果不是为了演唱会，应该不会再次预定。
