这家店房间设施什么の都不错了，无论是地理位置，还是早餐什么的，我是很满意，但唯一令我非常不满的就是我之前联系想确认房间，打了3个电话都无人接听，导致我最后入住说没有我的订单，我等了近1个小时才办好入住，前台的态度非常傲慢，最后连个道歉都没有，是我的错喽，电话打不通，确认不了，怪我了，还传真。多亏艺龙的客服，这点我要给个大大的赞。

齐云山庄从来没让我失望，老牌酒店就是不一样。位置有一点点不好找，在一条隐蔽的路上，但是离万象城非常近。酒店设施很好，洗浴用品齐全，房间还配有冰箱。空间宽敞，隔音效果也还好。无异味，干净。性价比很高。
