硬件设施很好，前台服务太不专业，而且人少，大多数时候只有一个人，很多客人排队办理手续根本忙不过来，差点误机。

非常好的宾馆，离火车站很方便。房间卫生非常满意，超级干净，床垫很舒服，绝对要推荐。但是提一点建议：早餐中的白米稀饭、南瓜稀饭、胡辣汤这三种里面全部是加淀粉的，旁边几位女士也在议论此事，希望改正。如果不在这吃早餐的可以忽略。
